WORK PACKAGES
WP1: Project Management
Project and Quality Management: This work package spans from M1 to M24 and ensures the smooth and effective implementation of the project across all aspects, including coordination, administration, and quality assurance.
Activities: include project planning, coordination among partners, regular communication, monitoring of progress, organization of partner meetings, preparation of meeting minutes, collection and review of reports, quality assurance procedures, evaluation of progress against defined indicators, risk management, and communication with the National Agency.
WP2: Research, Training Material & E-Platform Development
Impact: WP2 is expected to improve health literacy among Roma communities, enhance access to healthcare information and services, promote social inclusion, and strengthen collaboration between communities, professionals, and stakeholders.
Objectives: The objectives of WP2 include conducting research on Roma health literacy and identifying good practices; developing culturally adapted educational and training materials; designing and implementing training activities; and developing, validating, and testing a user-friendly e-learning platform.
Outcomes: The outcomes of WP2 include the identification of good practices in Roma health literacy, the development of training materials in multiple languages, the implementation of training activities for Roma adults and professionals, and the creation of an accessible e-learning platform.
WP3: Communication & Dissemination
Impact: Increased awareness of Roma health literacy challenges, improved engagement of target groups, greater visibility of project results, and stronger uptake of project outputs by communities, stakeholders, and policymakers.
Objectives: To disseminate project activities and results at national and European level, raise awareness about health literacy and healthcare access for Roma communities, promote project outcomes, and support their long-term use and sustainability.
Results: Development and implementation of a dissemination strategy, creation and maintenance of the project website, production of communication materials (newsletters, social media content, promotional materials), organization of awareness activities, and establishment of a consistent visual identity for the project.
